UNITED KINGDOM, EUROPE, AUSTRALIA, UNITED STATES OF AMERICA AND NEW ZEALAND all orders over £100 will receive Free Standard Delivery.
*Remote Locations will incur an additional charge dependant on customers remote location. Customer will initially be charged for their order which will include Free Delivery, an email will be sent regarding Remote Fee additional charge within 24 hours. Should a customer not wish to pay additional Remote Fee charge a Full refund will be provided.

STANDARD DELIVERY
Standard Delivery is £3.99 for shopping carts below £100. Standard Shipping is tracked and customers will receive an Order Tracking number(s) with each order.

TRACKING AN ORDER
Order Tracking will request a customers Order ID and Billing email address. Once this information is submitted tracking information will be provided. If customers haven’t received a tracking number within 24 hours upon payment, or have misplaced/unable to access their Order Tracking information, please contact customer service at info@ledlighttherapyshop.com
To track an order please log-in to your customer account, navigate to Orders, select Track an Order and enter your Order ID. This information is provided to customer on their receipt and in the confirmation email. Order Tracking Quick-Link is also provided within the Footer of each LED Light Therapy website page.
EXCHANGE, RETURN AND REFUND
LED Light Therapy Shop Returns and Refund Policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have passed since your purchase a full refund or exchange will not be offered. To be eligible for a return, your LED Light Therapy Product must be unused, in the same condition that you received it and must also be in the original packaging.
LED Light Therapy will accept returns and issue a full refund of non-used items within 30 days of the date of purchase. Customer will need to pay the cost of returning the item to a non-remote postal address in the UK.
Customers are responsible for paying shipping costs of returned items. Shipping costs are non-refundable. LED Light Therapy Shop suggest customers pay for recorded/trackable delivery, and/or insurance for expensive items as LED Light Therapy Shop can not guarantee to receive a customers returned item.
Several types of goods are exempt from being returned such as all LED Light Therapy Intimate Products.
Additional non-returnable items:
- Gift cards
- Sale items
- Downloadable software products
- Some health and personal care/Intimate Health items (example: Vagina Rejuvenation Device)
To complete your return, LED Light Therapy Shop require proof of purchase.
Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.
There are certain situations where only partial refunds may be granted after individual circumstances have been assessed, example:
- An item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery
When a customers returned item is received and inspected which may take up-to 72 hours to process, LED Light Therapy Shop will send customers a Return Notification email to notify of the approval or rejection of a refund.
When a customers refund is approved, a refund will be processed and a credit will be automatically applied to the original method of payment such as a Credit, or Debit Card within 48 hours by LED Light Therapy Shop. Please note refund processing varies between Banks and Countries.
LED Light Therapy Shop will update this section when other countries can receive a returned item.
LATE OR MISSING REFUNDS
If a customer hasn’t received a refund in the expected timeframe, first check your bank account again, then contact your credit card company or bank in the first instance. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

SALE ITEMS
Sale items cannot be refunded. Only regular priced/non-sale items may be refunded.
LED Light Therapy Shop only replace Sale items which are defective or damaged. If a customer needs to exchange a product for the same item, please send us an email at info@ledlighttherapyshop.com
GIFT
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to the customer, the customer will receive a gift credit for the value of their return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be emailed to the customer.
If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to the customer, LED Light Therapy Shop will send a refund to the gift giver so they will be aware of the customers returned gift.
