Our customers consistently tell us they prefer reliable, professionally manufactured LED devices — even if delivery takes a little longer, rather than rushed, warehouse-stocked products that compromise quality.
If your priority is ultra-fast next-day delivery, we are not the right fit, and that’s completely okay.
But if you value genuine LED Light Therapy, accurate wavelengths and trusted manufacturing, you’re in the right place.

Quick Delivery, Returns and Refund Summary
- Worldwide delivery: 7–10 days on average (please allow up to 14 days)
- Out of Stock delays: When LED Light Therapy Shop manufacturers are replenishing stock, an additional 5-15 days may be required which you will be informed of (and a full refund issued should you not want to wait)
- Customs & taxes: Covered by LED Light Therapy Shop
Includes: UK, US, AU, NZ
Excludes: Switzerland (please contact customer services should you wish to check your address) - Tracking your order: Usually provided within 72 hours (up to 5 days during seasonal/weekend periods)
- 30-day returns: For eligible items, counted from delivery date
- Some Personal health devices: Non-returnable for hygiene reasons (includes nasal device, underwear etc)
- Sale items: Over 15% discount = exchange/store credit only
- Free gifts: Must be returned or deducted from the refund
- Unclaimed/refused parcels: Cannot be refunded (explained in full below)
- Warranty: Minimum 1-year warranty on all devices (some products up to 5 years)
LED Light Therapy Shop sources its products from carefully selected, accredited manufacturers who meet international standards for quality, safety and compliance. We aim to deliver both excellent products and excellent service.
1. Delivery Information
1.1 Worldwide Delivery
LED Light Therapy Shop offer worldwide shipping to most countries.
Typical delivery timeframes are:
- Standard worldwide delivery: 7–10 days
- Please allow up to 14 days for general orders
- If manufacturers are replenishing stock: an additional 5 – 15 days may be required
If a delay occurs due to manufacturer replenishment, customers may:
- Receive a full refund, or
- Switch to another device and pay/receive any price difference, or
- Choose to wait for restock
You will always be informed before your order is processed.

1.2 Couriers
We work with multiple approved professional couriers depending on:
- Destination country
- Manufacturer’s dispatch location
- Size and weight of the device
For this reason, LED Light Therapy Shop provide your countries courier service, we do not list specific carriers prior.
1.3 Remote Locations
Couriers classify certain destinations as remote locations, such as:
- Islands
- Mountain regions
- Areas with limited courier access
- Locations requiring special transport routes
Remote-location deliveries may incur an additional surcharge.
If your address is flagged as remote:
- LED Light Therapy Shop will contact you before dispatch
- You may choose to pay the surcharge or
- Cancel your order for a full refund
1.4 Customs & Taxes (International Orders)
Wherever possible:
LED Light Therapy Shop covers customs duties and taxes in advance
This includes countries such as:
- United Kingdom
- United States
- European Union
- Australia
- New Zealand
Switzerland exception:
Switzerland does not accept pre-paid customs (DDP). Customers in Switzerland are required to pay local customs and taxes directly.

1.5 Tracking Your Order
- Tracking is typically provided within 72 hours (3 business days)
- During weekends, seasonal periods, or manufacturer congestion, tracking may take up to 5 days
- Tracking is sent via email, and can also be requested through Customer Service
- Your tracking number will be activated when it reaches your country (and will present as pending in the interim)

Pre-orders are not currently offered.

2. Returns Policy
We offer a 30-day return period, counted from the date your order is delivered.
We want our customers to feel confident testing eligible devices at home, therefore:
Products may be used during the 30-day period,
- Provided they are returned in re-sellable condition, with:
- All accessories
- All cables, straps, brackets, adapters, cases, goggles
- Original packaging (undamaged)
3. Returnable & Non-Returnable Product Categories
3.1 Returnable within 30 days
These items can be returned within the 30-day policy:
- LED Panels (all sizes)
Home, compact, full-body, half-body panels - LED Lamps & Bulbs
Household wellness lighting - Wearable Wraps (non-intimate)
Limb wraps, joint wraps, pads, mats and blankets - Wearable Face Masks & Footwear Devices
Full face, partial face, caps, LED footwear - Handheld Devices
Battery-powered units, torches, pens, physical therapy LEDs - Animal Light Therapy Devices
Horse poles, horse leg wraps, animal torches, pet wraps
Return conditions:
- Must be returned with all accessories and packaging
- Must not be damaged, excessively worn, or misused
3.2 Non-Returnable (Personal Health Devices)
For hygiene and safety reasons, the following cannot be returned or refunded:
- Nasal light therapy devices
- Prostate therapy devices
- Underwear-contact or intimate-area LED devices
- Any device designed to be worn internally or placed against body fluids/personal areas
(for hygiene reasons)
3.3 Additional Non-Returnable Items
- Gift Cards
- Digital / downloadable items (if ever offered in the future)
4. Sale Items & Free Gifts
4.1 Sale Items
- Items discounted over 15%:
→ Exchange or store credit only, once returned to our UK address at customers expense - Items discounted 15% or less:
→ Eligible for normal 30-day refund policy
4.2 Free Gifts
If your order included a free gift:
- The free gift must also be returned
OR - Its value will be deducted from the refund total
This will be stated clearly on your order confirmation.
5. Refused, Unclaimed, or Return-to-Sender Parcels
We understand circumstances can change, and we want to keep this process supportive and transparent.
However, due to how international courier networks operate:
- Manufacturers cannot accept returned goods
- LED Light Therapy Shop does not operate storage warehouses
- Refused or unclaimed parcels are typically held overseas with storage fees
- After a period, many of these parcels are destroyed by the courier
Because these parcels cannot be retrieved or redirected:
They cannot be refunded.
To prevent this:
If you wish to return an item:
- Please accept the delivery
- Contact Customer Service
- We will provide you with the correct UK return address
- Return the item to us (tracked postage recommended)
- Once received and inspected, we will process your refund according to this policy
This ensures:
- You avoid courier destruction
- You receive your refund safely
- We maintain responsible handling of devices
6. Return Shipping Costs
- Customers are responsible for return postage
- We strongly recommend tracked shipping
- LED Light Therapy Shop is not liable for lost return parcels
7. Refund Processing
Once your returned item arrives at our UK address:
- Inspection usually takes up to 72 hours
- Approved refunds are issued within 48 hours
- Your bank/card issuer may take additional time to clear the funds
Refund adjustments may apply if:
- Packaging is damaged
- Accessories are missing
- Evidence of misuse or damage is present
We will always communicate clearly before making any adjustments.
8. Warranty
All LED Light Therapy Shop devices include a minimum 1-year manufacturer warranty.
Some products include up to 5 years of coverage, customers should check the warranty section of each product’s specification page.
Warranty covers:
- Manufacturing defects
- LED faults not caused by misuse
Warranty does NOT cover:
- Accidental damage
- Water damage
- Cosmetic scratches or dents
- Wear and tear
- Misuse, improper cleaning, or modification
- Damage from incorrect power supply
If you experience a device issue, please contact us with photos/video, and our team will assist you promptly.
