How to Use our Red Light Therapy Boot, 5 Easy Steps (user manual provided, quick guide below)
- Clean: Ensure your foot is clean, dry and free from ointments (creams or oils)
- Turn On (button turns Green): Press the button to turn on
- Light Therapy Treatment (button remains Green): Press the button Once for Red, Twice for NIR, or Three times for Red+NIR (you will visually see the difference as NIR is colourless however the button remains on when in NIR mode).
- Pulse Mode (Button turns Blue): Press and hold button for 10Hz to pulse any of the light therapy treatment modes.
- Treatment Timer: 15 minutes, Auto shut-off (or press button until it switches off)
Treatment Frequency: 1-2 a day for at least once a week (can use in motion – do not expose to moisture)
