- Attach Straps & Eye Protectors: Secure the three adjustable straps to the mask for a comfortable fit. Place the included eye protectors securely into the mask.
- Wear the Mask: Position the mask comfortably over your face, ensuring full coverage, and secure the straps around your head.
- Connect & Power On: Connect the remote control to the mask. Long press the power button on the remote for 2 seconds to turn on the device.
- Customize Settings: Short press the power button to cycle through Red+NIR+Deep NIR, Blue+NIR+Deep NIR, or Yellow+NIR+Deep NIR light modes. Use the “+” button to adjust brightness (Low, Medium, High).
