    EXCHANGE, RETURN AND REFUND

    LED Light Therapy Shop Returns and Refund Policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have passed since your purchase a full refund or exchange will not be offered. To be eligible for a return, your LED Light Therapy Product must be unused, in the same condition that you received it and must also be in the original packaging.

    LED Light Therapy will accept returns and issue a full refund of non-used items within 30 days of the date of purchase. Customer will need to pay the cost of returning the item to a non-remote postal address in the UK.

    Customers are responsible for paying shipping costs of returned items. Shipping costs are non-refundable. LED Light Therapy Shop suggest customers pay for recorded/trackable delivery, and/or insurance for expensive items as LED Light Therapy Shop can not guarantee to receive a customers returned item.

  • Select Light Therapy Treatment Mode:
    • Press the button once (Green Light): Cycle through modes.
      • First press: All LEDs ON (Red + NIR)
      • Second press: Red Light Only (660nm)
      • Third press: NIR Light Only (850nm – LEDs will appear off)
      • Fourth press: Off
  • Press and hold for 3 seconds (Blue Light): Cycle through the same light therapy treatment modes with Pulse 10Hz setting.
  • Treat: The 15-minute timer will start automatically. Use 1-2 times daily per hoof for best results.
